Eligibility
You may request a return or refund in line with this policy and applicable law. For change-of-mind returns, we accept unopened and unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. For faulty or misdescribed goods, see “Faulty or incorrect items”.
Process
Contact us by email (contact@xytharelhroz.world, support@xytharelhroz.world) or via the contact form with your order details and reason for return. We will confirm whether the return is accepted and provide return instructions. You are responsible for return postage unless we have agreed otherwise (e.g. faulty item). Items should be sent to: Xytharelhroz, 399 High Street, Rangiora 7400, New Zealand. We recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit until we receive them.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within a reasonable time (typically within 14 days). Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We may deduct costs or refuse a return if the product is used, damaged, or not in resaleable condition, or if the return does not meet the conditions above.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrectly described product, contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate under consumer law. In such cases we may arrange and pay for return shipping.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of opened dietary supplement products unless they are faulty or misdescribed. Perishable or custom items may be non-returnable; we will state this where relevant.
